Rachael Holladay is a devoted single mother of four, a Christian, and a driven leader with over 15 years of experience in leadership roles. As an Enneagram 3, Rachael thrives on efficiency, ownership, and achieving meaningful results in both her professional and personal life.
While raising her children and working full-time, she completed her bachelor’s degree online in just 2.5 years and earned her master’s degree in only 9 months.
Rachael started her career in the hard money lending industry as an assistant. Through hard work and a relentless commitment to excellence, she rose through the ranks, becoming a trusted leader and expert in her field, proving her ability to take ownership and lead with purpose.
From living at the beach to running a ranch, Rachael’s diverse experiences have shaped her into a resourceful and adaptable leader. She combines her love of family, faith, and adventure with her professional ambitions. She is passionate about using her experiences to inspire others to achieve success while embracing the challenges of life with grace and grit.

Why the Willow?
As a young child, I would sit beneath my grandparents' willow tree, dreaming of a life full of purpose and ambition. Yet, I often felt constrained by societal expectations, doubting whether I could achieve all I envisioned. I’d trace the lines of the tree’s trunk and watch its branches sway gracefully in the wind, marveling at how its beauty seemed to grow with each challenge it faced.
During those summers, I would lose myself in daydreams—imagining a future where I was a CEO by day and a soccer mom by night, striving to embody the willow’s strength and resilience.
Now, as an adult, I’ve learned what it truly means to have that strength. Sitting here today, I’ve realized my childhood dream. With a big CEO title to my name, dinner simmering in the crockpot, and a seat at the table with brilliant minds shaping the future of a company, I finally feel like the willow tree I once admired—rooted, flexible, and thriving against the wind.
